During the first semester, the work will focus on the following points:

  • Gathering information related to the chosen sector;
  • Collecting data and information related to the "case study" project;
  • Analyzing the selected project from various perspectives:
    • The architectural aspect;
    • The technical aspect;
    • The project management aspect.

Project Selection

Before starting, students are required to choose a "case study" project, which will serve as the basis for both semesters. Students are asked to:

  • Select an project in progress;
  • Vary the sectors (Tourism, Health, Housing, Culture, Sports, Education, Higher Education, etc.);
  • Vary the authorities/administrations (DEP, OPGI, CTC, URBACO, DSP, etc.);
  • Avoid art projects;
  • Respect the project scale appropriate for 3ed year license. 

Technical Tools

 The student utilizes a series of digital tools to represent and explain their project, including:

  • A life cycle outlining the process;
  • A dashboard summarizing events with their timelines and stakeholders;
  • A timeline showing the chronology;
  • A schedule detailing tasks, resources, and project deadlines;
  • Mind maps representing the approach and content of the work.
