During the first semester, the work will focus on the following points:
- Gathering information related to the chosen sector;
- Collecting data and information related to the "case study" project;
- Analyzing the selected project from various perspectives:
- The architectural aspect;
- The technical aspect;
- The project management aspect.
Before starting, students are required to choose a "case study" project, which will serve as the basis for both semesters. Students are asked to:
- Select an project in progress;
- Vary the sectors (Tourism, Health, Housing, Culture, Sports, Education, Higher Education, etc.);
- Vary the authorities/administrations (DEP, OPGI, CTC, URBACO, DSP, etc.);
- Avoid art projects;
- Respect the project scale appropriate for 3ed year license.
Technical Tools
The student utilizes a series of digital tools to represent and explain their project, including:
- A life cycle outlining the process;
- A dashboard summarizing events with their timelines and stakeholders;
- A timeline showing the chronology;
- A schedule detailing tasks, resources, and project deadlines;
- Mind maps representing the approach and content of the work.
