The objectives of this course are to:
- Understand the fundamentals of drawing, including its definition and main types, such as sketches, rough sketches, diagrams, perspectives, axonometric drawings, measured surveys, etc.
- Identify and use drawing instruments, particularly different types of pencils, their characteristics and uses, as well as variations in line thickness, fineness, and shading.
- Understand standard paper formats and types, including paper sizes, grammage, layout, margins, and title blocks.
- Apply the basic principles of standardized architectural lettering, including character height, width, spacing, font type, alignment, and text placement.
