
Course Preface:
The content of this course represents a logical continuation of what was covered in the first semester of practical Physical Culture sessions, guiding students from basic exercises to more advanced training programs aimed at enhancing physical and technical performance. The program focuses on developing strength, endurance, balance, and core stability, while incorporating modern training methods such as HIIT, Tabata, Plyometrics, and TRX. It also aims to cultivate students’ ability to plan, evaluate, and adapt training programs according to specific goals, with an emphasis on safety and effectiveness. The course begins with a diagnostic evaluation, progresses through full-body and specialized training programs, and concludes with a comprehensive assessment measuring students’ technical and physical progress, preparing them to conduct training in a scientific and responsible manner across various sports and physical activity settings
