These lecture notes are aimed at first-year bachelor students in science and engineering (common core of   Sciences and Technologies (ST) and Engineering Sciences). These notes are concise and structured and present the essential concepts of the program where important points and fundamental definitions are highlighted.
The lecture comprises four parts, one for each part of the title: First on the mathematical reviews, the second on kinematics, the third on dynamics and the fourth on rotational motion and the fifth on work and energy.
At the end of each lecture chapter, a series of exercises with their detailed solutions are proposed for the tutorials. These problems are designed to exemplify the main ideas of the lecture. I give students enough exercises to consolidate their understanding of the subject, but not so many that they feel overwhelmed.
