The student in his first year of the master's degree must understand the programming process before starting the project management. This phase is essential for his project (Urban or Architectural). Programming is an approach based on preliminary studies (feasibility, impact, etc.) allowing the project owner, before launching any operation to create a facility, to specify the request, choose the best technical options, define the most suitable location and raise awareness among all stakeholders involved in the creation of the public facility in question.
