PREAMBLE
Handball is a dynamic sport that requires a combination of technical, tactical, and physical abilities. The purpose of this practical training program is to progressively develop students' fundamental skills, enabling them to achieve effective mastery of the game, both individually and collectively.
This 14-session program is designed to ensure a logical pedagogical progression, starting with an initial assessment of students' skills, followed by a step-by-step acquisition of essential technical abilities (ball handling, passing, dribbling, shooting, feints). It then introduces tactical aspects of the game (defensive play, offensive strategies, counterattacks) and includes position-specific training (pivot, winger, goalkeeper) to enhance players’ understanding and performance in various game situations.
Each session combines technical exercises and real-game scenarios, allowing for immediate application of learned skills in a game context. The teaching approach follows a gradual progression, from simple to complex, ensuring that students consolidate their knowledge before being assessed in the final session.
Through this program, students will not only develop their technical and tactical skills but also their ability to analyze and understand the game, ultimately improving their effectiveness in real-game situations.

Preface
Physical culture is more than just sports practice; it is a fundamental pillar of well-being, performance, and health. This semester, our goal is to build upon the knowledge and skills acquired in the first semester by adopting a structured and progressive approach.
We will focus on the balanced development of physical abilities by incorporating both global and specific training sessions. The alternation between full-body workouts, cardio sessions, and targeted training cycles (upper trapezius, push-legs-pull, upper-lower) will enhance strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility.
We will begin with a diagnostic evaluation to assess students' physical and cognitive capacities, providing a foundation for tailored training progression. Each session will be designed to maximize physiological and neuromuscular adaptation, following principles of progression and load variation. The semester will conclude with an assessment of acquired skills, allowing us to measure progress and identify areas for further improvement.
Our teaching approach emphasizes autonomy and student engagement, fostering a deep understanding of techniques, precise application of instructions, and continuous physical development.
Ultimately, this semester will provide an opportunity to acquire transferable skills for various sports disciplines and to establish long-lasting, healthy habits.
