Business Models (BM) is a tool that encompasses a set of concepts and their mutual relations rendering explicit the operating logic of a given enterprise. Accordingly, the BMC introduces nine predefined fields in a static approach to BM. Those fields are divided along four major areas as follows: (1) Product – value proposition; (2) Interface with clients – channels and relationship; (3) Infrastructure management – main resources and key activities; (4) Financial aspects – cost structure and sources of revenue.- Enseignant: Samia Baissi
