The second semester is designed as a theoretical-ideal simulation of the same project of the first semester.
The student is required to retrace the process while ensuring compliance with standards regarding deadlines and stakeholders.
The student will take on the role of various stakeholders, aiming for the objective of a 'simulated' project that will be completed within the best possible timeframe and with optimal quality.
A part of the work is dedicated to the quantity surveying of a section of the project and the establishment of an execution schedule.
