Project Theory 2 is a theoretical and analytical course that builds directly upon the foundations established in Project Theory 1. While the first course introduces students to the fundamentals of architectural thinking and project methodology, Project Theory 2 deepens this knowledge by focusing on architectural composition as a central mechanism of design. The course explores the principles of composition in architecture through the study of graphic and formal elements, their relationships, and their role in structuring architectural space.A significant part of the course is devoted to the principles of beauty in architecture, with particular attention to mathematical and proportional systems that have influenced architectural composition throughout history. These include the Golden Section, the Fibonacci mathematical sequence, and the concept of the Golden Number, examined both theoretically and through their presence in architectural form and spatial organization.
