The objective of the Mathematics 2 module for first-year undergraduate students in Urban Technology Management and Urban Planning is to strengthen students’ analytical and problem-solving skills through mathematical tools relevant to their field. This module focuses on essential topics such as functions, matrices, basic differential equations, and applied calculus. It aims to provide students with the quantitative methods needed to analyze urban data, model spatial phenomena, and support decision-making in urban projects. By mastering these mathematical concepts, students will be better prepared to address technical and planning challenges in their academic and professional careers.
