The course introduces students to the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence (AI) and its specific applications in architecture. The course will develop students' critical understanding of the challenges, opportunities and limitations that AI presents to architectural design. Students will also acquire the practical skills needed to use AI tools and algorithms in architectural creation, modelling and optimisation processes. Ultimately, this course will prepare future architects to integrate emerging technologies into their professional practice and anticipate changes in the field.
