The lecture course is designed for M1 Literature and Civilization students. It examines British post–World War II literature with a particular focus on postmodern thematic and stylistic features. Throughout the course, students will explore how postmodernism shapes a range of postwar texts, especially those engaging with women’s writing, postcolonial perspectives, and questions of language and meaning-making. Students will also apply postmodern theoretical frameworks to selected works in order to analyze how these texts reflect and challenge the cultural and intellectual concerns of the period.
