Elle concerne aussi bien les sciences dures (mathématiques, physique-chimie, biologie, etc.)
que les sciences humaines (sociologie, lettres, histoire, etc.).

Ce cours magistral vise à doter l’étudiant des connaissances et compétences nécessaires à la compréhension et à la maîtrise de la programmation d’ouvrage et du processus global de conception architecturale et constructive. Il aborde les notions fondamentales relatives au projet de construction, notamment la gestion, l’économie, les finances, la planification et la conduite de chantier, tout en intégrant les dimensions sociologiques et managériales. Le cours développe également la capacité à mobiliser des méthodes d’analyse variées ainsi que les outils de la qualité et de l’analyse de la valeur, en s’appuyant sur des bases solides en mathématiques et en statistiques.

بما أن المادة تندرج ضمن "الوحدة المنهجية"، فإن الهدف هو إكساب الطالب المنهجية القانونية والتقنية لـ:

  1. فهم وتحليل هيكلة دفتر الشروط كوثيقة تقنية وقانونية ملزمة.
  2. إسقاط نصوص المرسوم الرئاسي 15-247 على واقع مشاريع البناء والري والأشغال العمومية.
  3. التمكن من المنهجية الصحيحة لتقييم العروض واختيار المتعامل الاقتصادي.
  4. فهم آليات الرقابة القبلية والبعدية لحماية المسير والمشروع.

يُفترض في الطالب أن يكون لديه إلمام بـ:

·         مبادئ الاقتصاد والهندسة المدنية.

·         المفاهيم العامة للحقوق والالتزامات في العقود.

·         طرق تقدير التكاليف في ورشات البناء.

This module aims to develop students’ English proficiency in the field of construction project management. It focuses on specialized vocabulary and professional communication used throughout the project lifecycle. Students learn to understand, analyze, and produce technical documents in English. The course emphasizes meetings, negotiations, planning, estimation, and regulatory contexts. By the end of the module, students will be able to communicate effectively and confidently in international project environments.

Computer programming MPC

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of computer programming with a practical, application-oriented approach. Students will learn basic Python programming for file handling, task automation, and data processing, as well as techniques for data visualization and reporting. The course also covers advanced use of Excel, including the creation of simple macros, and project planning using GanttProject. Emphasis is placed on applying digital tools and programming skills to real-world professional situations, enabling students to improve efficiency, organization, and decision-making through automation and structured project management.
