This course introduces Master 2 students in Construction Project Management to the fundamental methods and tools of data analysis. It focuses on collecting, organizing, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data related to construction projects, including costs, schedules, resources, risks, and performance indicators. Through practical examples and case studies, students will develop the skills needed to transform raw data into meaningful information and support effective, evidence-based decision-making in construction project management.

An applied academic course that combines theory with field practice. It aims to transition the student from theoretical academic thinking to an entrepreneurial mindset rooted in market-ready innovation (commercialization).

The course is primarily based on the Lean Startup philosophy

Cognitive Project Management for Artificial Intelligence (CPMAI) is an interdisciplinary course at the intersection of project management, artificial intelligence, data governance, cognitive science, decision intelligence, organizational learning, and digital collaboration. The course treats AI not only as a technical deliverable but also as a source of new management capabilities and new project risks. Its central proposition is that project managers increasingly need to work with information, knowledge, models, agents, dashboards, and human–AI collaboration as parts of one management system.

This course is destined for students to broaden the horizons of reflection to special projects, master certain prefabrication technologies, and prepare to react to complex projects. It will present the different contemporary, non-standard types of structures and how they are used in certain projects to achieve different forms while taking into consideration speed, efficiency, cost, and less risk.

This course provides a structured introduction to the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence (AI) and its specific applications in construction and engineering project management. The course aims to develop a critical understanding of the challenges, opportunities and limitations of AI in project management, including monitoring, planning, risk analysis and predictive modelling.
It introduces students to Python programming and the use of AI algorithms for decision-making. It also prepares future managers to integrate emerging technologies into the management of complex projects.
