Preface
Physical culture is more than just sports practice; it is a fundamental pillar of well-being, performance, and health. This semester, our goal is to build upon the knowledge and skills acquired in the first semester by adopting a structured and progressive approach.
We will focus on the balanced development of physical abilities by incorporating both global and specific training sessions. The alternation between full-body workouts, cardio sessions, and targeted training cycles (upper trapezius, push-legs-pull, upper-lower) will enhance strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility.
We will begin with a diagnostic evaluation to assess students' physical and cognitive capacities, providing a foundation for tailored training progression. Each session will be designed to maximize physiological and neuromuscular adaptation, following principles of progression and load variation. The semester will conclude with an assessment of acquired skills, allowing us to measure progress and identify areas for further improvement.
Our teaching approach emphasizes autonomy and student engagement, fostering a deep understanding of techniques, precise application of instructions, and continuous physical development.
Ultimately, this semester will provide an opportunity to acquire transferable skills for various sports disciplines and to establish long-lasting, healthy habits.
