Communication: Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication

Communication is a core function of human existence. As social beings, humans seek to communicate with each other, using a variety of tools from the time they are born. Significantly, language is a vital part of human connection. This course basically determines the definition of language and communication in the first chapter. It highlights also the two basic categories of communication and how human beings use them. Moreover, it lists the main important functions people express while using the language. In the second chapter, then, we try to discuss the main important theories to the origin of language.
