By the end of this academic year, students will be able to develop full essays tackling any topic of their interest. 

This course aims to

1. acquaint students with the different contexts that contributed to the emergence of literature in the United Kingdom during the 19th century.

2. familiarize students with the basic concepts that are typically relevant to each literary period.

3. help students to produce and develop a critical understanding of a number of literary works that were produced during each literary period.

The course presents the different forms of psychology, including cognitive psychology.  It provides the student with an overview of the properties of human cognition. Course content includes score topics, as cognition, learning, intelligence, information processing, perception, memory, language comprehension and problem solving.

The integrated skills course is designed to customize students with the skill of integrating different sources of knowledge and language skills to produce an informative summary for academic writing purposes. This course is complementary, accompanying the general course of written expression presented to third-year students, specifically groups 1 and 2, and taught by Dr. SAIHI Hanane.
